Harvested in June 2022 from our site in Eskdale, just north of Napier on State Highway 5 (Napier - Taupo Road).
The bees were feeding on end of season grapes left on the vines after harvest from a vineyard bordering our apiary site.
With the texture of a good manuka honey and a caramel taste, it's cheeseboard all the way with this one - especially a good blue cheese.
This is a very limited edition, with only about 50kg in total produced from the site in 2022.
