Our honey is one of the closest things to nature you can get.

We pride ourselves on being able to trace every jar of honey back to the site it came from and, because it's all small batch and single site, it's all limited edition.

We don't heat treat any of our honey and we don't use any chemicals in our hives.

We also offer a fill your own service - while we don't use plastic for any of our honey, we're more than happy to refill your container to keep it away from landfill. Just bring your own container into the shop and get 25% off the kilo price for that honey variety.

But wait, there's more...we're also able to supply honey in bulk. Again, while we generally pack our honey in glass jars, we can look at options for providing honey in non-glass containers, with 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg options for a selection of our honey varieties.

We started off by suggesting what each honey was ideal for, but let's be honest...all our honey is great for toast, coffee, mead, baking and by the spoonful.

    Harvested in March 2022, this is our other flagship honey and from an awesome site in Ormondville.

    A mild flavour, making it great for hot drinks, toast, mead, wine and gin.

    Very lightly crystalised but still soft in the jar.

    Very limited edition - only 36 jars available.

    Sourced from our apiary in Riverslea Road, Hastings, the bees were feeding on a wide range of flowers, including gum.

    A medium flavour and great for hot drinks, toast, roasts and marinades.

    Harvested Monday 20 March 2022, extracted Sunday 3 April 2022, packed Tuesday 5 April.

    Sourced from my parents kiwifruit orchard in Meeanee, Hawke's Bay, which gives it the best of both town and country flavour.

    Best guess, the bees were feeding primarily on clover, plantain and mellow.

    A mild but unique flavour, making it great for hot drinks and toast.

    Very lightly creamed to give it a consistent texture and to make it look pretty.

    This is both a rare and a delicious honey...we only got a little over 5kg in total from four hives this year.

    Harvested in June 2022, our Estella late harvest is from home base on my parent's kiwifruit orchard in Meeanee, Napier. More of a multi-floral and without the unique flavour of our other Estella honey.
